Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Mansa Digital (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2021/957904/07) handles personal information collected through this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, job title, email address, phone number, company name, company website, industry, turnover range and the details you share about your project. We also record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the page you arrived on and, if you came from an advertisement, the campaign and click identifier.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, to prepare for a discovery call, to send you a proposal if you ask for one, and to understand which marketing channels bring us enquiries. We do not sell your information and we do not add you to a mailing list without your permission.

Cookies and advertising

This website sets small first party cookies to remember how you found us (for example a Google Ads click identifier) for up to 90 days. If Google Ads or Google Analytics is enabled, Google may also set cookies to measure advertising performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

We also keep our own simple visit statistics (pages viewed, time on page, buttons clicked, device type and how you found us) so we can improve this website. This uses a random visitor number stored in your browser, not your name. Internet addresses are stored with the last part removed, and the statistics are never sold or shared.

How we protect it

Enquiries are stored in a password protected database on our hosting provider in South Africa, and access is limited to people at Mansa Digital who need it to respond to you. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to deal with your request and for our normal business records, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to us using it. Email hello@mansadigitalagency.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
